Pick a date and see how many days are left, or how many have passed. The count is also shown in weeks, in months and days, and as weekdays, with the day of the week the date falls on. Give it a name and copy the link: it opens the same countdown, counted from the day it's opened.

How are the days counted?

The start day is not counted and the end date is, the same way most day counters do it. From Friday to Saturday is 1 day. Counting is done in whole calendar days, so daylight saving changes and leap years can't throw it off by one.

Can I count the days between two dates?

Yes. The From box starts on today, but you can pick any start date. Back to today resets it.

What does the share link do?

It holds the date and the name you typed, so it reopens the same countdown. Unless you picked a start date, it counts from the day it's opened, so a bookmark stays current.

Do weekdays skip public holidays?

No. Weekdays are Monday to Friday only; holidays differ by country and are not taken out.

Is anything saved or sent?

No. The date and name live only in the page's link. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
