About
Paste a headline or any text and get every version at once: AP-style and Chicago-style title case, sentence case, UPPERCASE and lowercase, plus the ones programmers use: camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case, CONSTANT_CASE and dot.case. Each result has its own copy button.
- What's the difference between the AP and Chicago rows?
- Both capitalize the first word, the last word and the first word after a colon, and lowercase articles and conjunctions (a, the, and, but). They differ on prepositions: AP only lowercases short ones, three letters or fewer (of, in, at), so 'With', 'From' and 'Without' stay capitalized. Chicago lowercases every preposition regardless of length, so 'with', 'from' and 'without' stay lowercase too - and unlike AP, Chicago doesn't carve out off/out/up as likely verb particles, so 'Level Up Your Career' becomes 'Level up Your Career'.
- Can it convert camelCase to snake_case?
- Yes. Paste camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case or kebab-case and the words are split correctly, including acronyms: HTTPServerError becomes http_server_error.
- Is my text uploaded?
- No. The conversion happens in your browser.
